    Delivery at home (Netherlands and Belgium)

    You don't just buy a bicycle. And ordering online is perhaps even more exciting. That is why we think you should be able to try the bike. We deliver the bike at home, ready to drive. You can then try and experience the bike at your leisure. Happy with your bike? Great! Isn't the bike what you expected? No problem, we will take the bike back.

    We deliver your bike within 5 to 10 business days. We will call or app in advance about the exact day and time. If that does not work out well, we will plan a new day.

    Abroad we deliver the bike in a box. You have to assemble the bike yourself. All you have to do is place the front wheel, straighten the steer and screw the pedals on. Piece of cake. See the tutorial for help. It takes up to 15 minutes.  

    We deliver accessories by mail delivery

    Have you ordered accessories? Then you will receive a track & trace message with which you can follow the delivery. The order will be delivered within 5 working days. All shipments are insured.


    It can always happen that you want to return your purchase. If your order has not proceeded yet, you can cancel your order by email. There are no costs involved.


    If you wish to exchange items, we advise you to return the items and then place a new order on the website. This way, you can immediately see if the desired item is still available. If you place a new order, keep in mind that you will receive a new invoice and order confirmation. Save this new invoice well; this is also your guarantee certificate.


    In 14 days after receiving your total order, you have the option to cancel. If you decide to return your bike, send an email to [email protected] We will contact you to collect the bike. You can return accessories including an invoice to WATT Mobility, Antwoordnummer 1224, 6200 VB, MAASTRICHT the Netherlands.

    • You can only return goods that have been purchased online from us. Purchases via a service point must also be returned to the service point.
    • The item is not used, and the item is returned in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in undamaged and original packaging.
    • You can revoke the purchase agreement within 14 days after receiving your order and without giving a reason, you are on time with revocation if you send the revocation before this period has expired.
    • returns must be provided with the official purchase invoice.
    • If you have paid an amount, this amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after cancellation, with the same payment method with which you have paid. WATT Fietsen will wait to repay until it has received the goods back. There are no administration costs associated with the reimbursement.
    • The shipping costs and the risk of shipping from your address to our location cannot be recovered from WATT Fietsen.
    • When you return a product in its entirety, you will receive the total invoice amount, including shipping costs, back. If you partially return an order, you will only receive the item value.
    • If you return a product with damage, the amount to be reimbursed will be settled in proportion to the damage caused. You are therefore responsible for any impairment that may arise.
