And with respect to maintenance, the bike is developed with minimal means. That means that you can easily maintain the bike yourself. Almost all the parts can be bought anywhere in the world. And for the few WATT specific  parts – such as the battery – we offer an online accessory shop and shipping in within one day.  

14 day return policy

We sell online and are aware that we need to deliver excellent services. We will do so, but unfortunately we do not have local support abroad yet. Therefore we introduce our 14-days-return policy. We promise that you can return your bike if anything is wrong or even when you regret you purchase within 14 days after receiving your bike. No questions asked.

Warranty

You will probably use your bicycle regularly, which causes the bike to wear. Normal wear and improper maintenance are therefore not covered by the warranty as well as parts or accessories that are not originally supplied by us or replaced by us. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part. Costs for assembly are at the expense of the owner. Your invoice is also your guarantee certificate. You should keep it in a save place.

On our Watt bikes we deliver a 2-year warranty on material and construction defects of the frame, provided that the bicycle has been properly treated, used with care and regularly maintained. Also the electrical parts have a 2 years manufacturer's warranty. We supply 2 year warranty or 500 charging cycles on the battery.

The guarantee is not transferable and expires when the bicycle passes to a next owner, is rented out or is used for purposes other than for its own use.

Returns

If you wish to exchange items, we advise you to return the items and then place a new order on the website. This way you immediately see whether the desired article is still available. If you place a new order, keep in mind that you will receive a new invoice and order confirmation for this order. Keep this new invoice well, this is also your warranty certificate.

Complains

If you have a complaint regarding your order, the following procedure applies.

  • Send us an email: wattsup@watt-bikes.com. Include a copy of your invoice and a clear description of the complaint.
  • Our customer service will deal with your complaint as soon as possible and will contact you about this.
  • If your complaint is justified, our customer service will offer you a suitable solution.
