Service subscription

To fully enjoy your new bike, it is important to maintain your bike properly. This can be done at a service point or at your home. WATT Mobility works together with Get Bike Service for this. They have a nationwide bicycle repair service and their trained mechanics come to your home by appointment. The Services include travel time and mechanic travel expenses and the service charges and replacement of materials covered by the warranty.

An annual subscription of Get Bike Service ensures you of:

  • A service for your new bike after three months
  • An annual check-up
  • Repairs at home without call-out costs.

You can easily take out a subscription online when you purchase your WATT. You will then receive a welcome package from Get Bike Service at home. You take out the subscription for 12 months and can be canceled annually after that.

If you do not want a monthly subscription but do want to make repairs at home, you can of course also do that. You can easily make an appointment by phone or chat. Get Bike Service will come to your house to repair your bicycle. Usually that takes an hour and you pay only € 79.
